Billing Policy – Aussie Vasectomy DNA (Did Not Attend) Fee

At Aussie Vasectomy, we aim to provide excellent service and maintain an efficient schedule for all of our patients. To ensure we can accommodate all our patients and offer timely care, we have implemented the following billing policy for cancellations, reschedules, and missed appointments:

Cancellation before 72 Hours:

If you cancel your appointment at least 72 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation within 72 Hours:

If you cancel your appointment within 72 hours of the scheduled time, a $100 fee will be charged.

Rescheduling within 72 Hours:

If you need to reschedule your appointment within 72 hours, there will be no charge for the rescheduling.

Did Not Attend (DNA):

If you do not attend your appointment and fail to notify us within the specified time frames (either by canceling or rescheduling), you will be fully charged for the missed appointment.
